XMotion Digital provides website design and development services, including business websites, redesigns, e-commerce websites, landing pages, website maintenance, digital marketing, SEO, and graphic design, as agreed in each project quotation.

Project Scope & Quotations

Every project begins with a written quotation describing the agreed scope, deliverables, and timeline. Work starts after you approve the quotation. If you request changes outside the agreed scope, we will provide a revised quotation before continuing.

Payments

• Payments are made by manual bank transfer to the account details stated on your invoice.
• Billing is admin-managed: our team issues invoices and confirms each payment manually.
• Project scheduling begins after payment confirmation, as stated in your quotation.

Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines are agreed per project in the quotation. Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from you. If client materials are delayed, the delivery schedule may be adjusted accordingly.

Revisions & Acceptance

Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its quotation. Once the final deliverables are approved and handed over, the project is considered accepted and complete.

Support

After handover, we provide the support period stated in your quotation. Ongoing maintenance and further updates are available as a separate arrangement — just ask us for a quotation.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, you receive the rights to the website and content created specifically for your project. Third-party assets — such as stock images, fonts, plugins, and themes — remain subject to their own licenses.
